The Epworth DormsThis year, a new option for purchasing tickets for smaller groups or those who aren't sure about the possibility of filing a private lodge now have a new option. You can buy an exact number of tickets that go to one of two gender specific communal dorms. The tickets get you your bed spaces for your students and adult volunteers, a private group space in one of the classrooms onsite (located in Pell Lodge) and a meal plan in the camp dining hall. This provides a simple way of getting tickets and taking care of a lot of the details while still providing groups a great deal of customization with the experience.
Due to the communal housing concept, purchasing tickets is an agreement to the Epworth Dorms Guidelines.
Required # of adults (1 adult for each gender, plus 1 additional for every 10 students; if needed adult beds are half price tickets. The cost of and adult meal plan is $90 each.) If you wish to send more than 2 adults, additional adults cost $185 each. Adults are required to sleep in the dorms in supervision of the students.
Scholarships - Your students can use Impact 2818 scholarships to pay for their portion of camp in your lodge. Their scholarship will be applied to your balance due.

Q: What are the Epworth Dorms Guidelines?
A: Since in the Epworth Dorms there will most likely be multiple groups, these agreed upon guidelines will help students and leaders to share the space with minimal confusion and with great respect for one another. By purchasing tickets you are agreeing to these guidelines and will be asked to sign off on them during check-in stating that you will be holding yourself, other leaders and your students to these standards
Q: Is there a dress code policy?
A: Around camp, we ask everyone to dress modestly. If you wonder what that means, the answer is this: "Your clothes and your appearance should not be a distraction to those around you. We are here to focus on Christ and no one's impressionable mind needs the distraction of sexual appeal or crazy shirts. If you are wearing something or acting in a way that is impacting the experience of those around you, you will be asked to address the situation.
Q: Why don't these tickets become an option until January 17?
A:
This allows for churches whose budgets are limited to the new year to make their whole lodge selections at the beginning of the year.
Q: Why isn't this option available at each week?
A: This option only became available if at least 2 lodges were not purchased during a given session of That Thing by January 17. If they were open, the 2 would then become the Epworth Dorms (one for boys & one for girls). In future years, if date is critical you may want to consider finding another church to partner with and make a private lodge purchase before all of the lodges fill up.
