Off-Site Housing Tickets
Students using off-site housing are asked to please not buy their tickets; instead, please let the church you are coming with purchase those tickets.
Ninety years ago, the founders of Epworth Forest Conference Center developed a neighborhood next to the camp. There are some cabins and lodges in the Epworth Forest neighborhood that are owned by churches and individuals that they use for their students and rent out for groups during camps.

Your church, after buying their tickets, will have an event ticket and health form that your parents will need to complete. Simply make sure your leader has that in hand before you leave for camp.

Overview About Staying Off-Site
In an effort to simplify the off-site ticket process, here are the details.
- An Off-Site Ticket cost does not include food or overnight lodging at Epworth Forest CC. It is simply the program cost of the event.
- If you are renting the lodge from a church, you will want to factor that cost into your overall budget.
- Leaders do not pay to attend That Thing. They however need to be signed up.
- You will have full access to every program opportunity of anyone staying at That Thing.
- In some instances, staying off-site may put your group further away from the rest of the camp. Please be aware of the additional travel times as well as a physical separation that may exist between your students and the rest of the attendee's because of that distance.
